YourGolfGuru is operated by Kiran Kanwar, Ph.D., and provides golf instruction based on the Minimalist Golf Swing System, along with golf science education, research reviews, academic consulting, and related written and video content.
You must be at least 18 years old to book lessons or purchase Services directly. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make the booking on your behalf and accept these Terms for you.

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your physical condition, injury history, and playing background. The quality of any assessment depends directly on the quality and honesty of what you provide.
Lesson times are confirmed in advance by email or WhatsApp. If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. Missed appointments without notice may be treated as a completed lesson.
Prices for lessons, certification programs, and other Services are listed on the relevant page of the Website or quoted directly to you. Payment is due before the Service is delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Because instruction, swing analysis, and consulting involve personalised work prepared specifically for you, refunds are not available once the work has been delivered. If you believe there has been an error in billing or a Service was not delivered as described, contact us and we will review the situation in good faith.
Digital products, downloadable materials, and course access are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Certification and course materials are licensed to you for your own learning and professional practice. Enrolment does not grant you the right to teach the Minimalist Golf Swing System as your own system, to train or certify others in it, or to reproduce course materials for third parties, unless you hold a separate written agreement permitting that.
Completion of a certification does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or franchise relationship with YourGolfGuru.
