Tailor-made workshops that incorporate some theory with a lot of hands-on golf practice
can be arranged for any of the following groups:

  1. College golf athletes – swing, fitness, nutritional and mental components
  2. Female golfers – having fun and improving ball striking
  3. Senior golfers and non-golfers – Aging With Exuberance (AWE) is a program that helps older adults learn how to improve performance while also reducing risk of injury. It incorporates some enjoyable, simple exercise modules as well.
